Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naukrinex. Additional terms may apply to specific features (for example, employer or recruiter subscriptions); those terms are incorporated by reference where referenced.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or for other legitimate business or legal reasons.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Upload malware, probe or test vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale without our prior written consent, or use automated means in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with any employer or candidate.
• Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users, or use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

The Platform, including its software, branding, text, graphics, and overall design, is owned by Naukrinex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as resumes and profile information). You grant Naukrinex a worldwide license to host, use, display, and process such content as needed to operate and improve the Platform, including AI-assisted features where applicable.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or as required by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXHIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, via email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, subject to applicable consumer protections.
